I’m here to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
My name is Anne and I’m here because I’ve been where you are, right now. Maybe you’re carrying around an extra few pounds that you’ve lost and gained more than once. Maybe you’d like to stop reaching for that candy bar at 3 PM sharp every afternoon. Maybe you’d like to whiz past your favorite fast food joint instead of picking up dinner there for the third time this week. Or maybe you’ve taken up an endurance sport and are trying to figure out what to eat to get lean and beat your personal best this season.
Just like you, I’ve been in all those places (some more than once). After trying crazy diets (cabbage soup, anyone?), flat-out deprivation, and layers of Spanx, I finally learned a few things. First, you always have to pay attention to what you eat and how much. You can’t just lose the weight and cross that item off your to-do list. Second, you can’t put yourself on the back burner. Life will continue to happen and in the midst of it all, you have to find the best ways to take care of yourself.
And finally, I’ve learned that to create that life you were meant to live, you must start with your physical health. By feeding your body what it needs to be lean and healthy, you’ll have tons of energy and sleep better. Then you’ll have the strength to face what life throws at you, along with a deep sense of personal accomplishment. That confidence builds in you like a tidal wave and provides you with the fuel you need to tackle those big, hairy goals on your list. Like finally losing those 20 pounds and not gaining them back. Or crushing those sugar cravings. Or finishing that marathon or triathlon that you’ve been wanting to try (but never thought you could).
As a wellness chef and healthy eating coach, I’m here to help you get healthy and stay healthy. And have a blast while kicking ass. You can be your own weight loss success story. You can stare that break-room donut in its eye and not blink. You can easily make good-for-you meals that taste amazing, even if you’re not sure where to find your kitchen. And finally, you can be the athlete you never dared believe you could be. I’m here to help you make it happen.
